Refund policy
All Alexandra Pijut designs are made-to-order in the Garment District of New York City. In addition to the time required to produce your order, please allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product's page. If a rush order is required, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. All items are shipped in branded Alexandra Pijut boxes and garments bags.
A signature will be required upon delivery for all Alexandra Pijut orders unless otherwise requested.
For applicable items, returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt and items must be mailed back to our team within these 15 days. Alexandra Pijut will only accept new, unworn, unused, undamaged, and unaltered items with all garment tags attached. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, packing materials, and garment bags. Alexandra Pijut reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return criteria. Returns are not accepted on any item that features embellishments, custom orders, made to measure orders, or items marked 'final sale'.
Alexandra Pijut does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

Refunds
When your return has arrived back to us and your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your refund has been completed. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your return.
Please note, once your refund has been processed, it may take up to 10-business days for this refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
